Stephen Owens
Coach Stephen (Owner) has been training, competing and coaching since 2015, and is a BJJ Brown belt training under professor (Blackbelt) Todd Chapel. He has competed extensively in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Stands with an official (from sanctioned and licensed events) Amateur MMA Record of 9-1. For Awhile he stood at Tapology.com's #1 ranked amateur from the South Eastern divisions for Flyweight and Bantamweight divisions. Stephen Has Held belts in three different amatuer promotions and has recently won his professional debut in great fashion. Jonathan Dunaway
Jonathan Dunaway started his training in 2011. He began his journey in martial arts with Chance Butts, A former Professional Kickboxer, Muay-Thai/MMA Fighter. After a year with Chance he began to cross train at Gamma Fitness with former Bellator middleweight fighter Chris Davis. In 2014 he started at Gladiators Academy of Lafayette LA Owned and operated by Ultimate Fighter finalist and UFC veteran Tim Creuder, who laid the framework for current number one contender Dustin Poirier. Now he continues to hone his craft with the same passion as always. He loves to train and to share knowledge with his students and teammates here at Valhalla. Come see him on the mats!
