Our Classes
BJJ
Our most popular classes are the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and that is what our school is known for having a focus on. There are many arguments to be made about what art is best, but we argue that regardless of which fighter beats who, jiujitsu will give you the most effective strategy for surviving against any opponent or situation. No art is good for fighting multiple attackers, and a jiu-jitsu or other grappling athlete can asses this and run just as well as any striking athlete. It is when you have been cornered, ran down, beaten and then pinned by someone that we see the difference in value. No striking art will help you get a man twice your size off of your chest as he hits you. That situation and it's solution will be a matter of grappling and Jiu-Jitsu most extensively works on scenarios such as this.
Striking for MMA, Kickboxing
Our Striking/Kickboxing classes are meant to suppliment our fighters skillsets with fundamental concepts from Muay Thai, Western Boxing, Kickboxing, Vale Tudo, and to help integrate those skills into their grappling for seemless integration in MMA, or Self-Defense Scenarios.
Cardio Kick-Boxing
A great way to lose weight, get fit and learn some valuable skills in an easy going atmosphere. A great place to start for those too shy for our other classes, or for those who are not interested in live sparring but still enjoy a good work out and throwing punches!
